1. Provide guidance to the team based on management direction. 2. Achieving high end sales value. 3. Identifying customers and convert them in to sales. 4. Increasing sales and support service and networks. 5. participating in the marketing campaigns, promotions etc conducted by the company 6. Lead Generation & Management. 7. Regularly conduct SMS and Email campaigns about the promotions of the company and master data maintenance. 8. Implement various marketing plans and campaigns. 9. Content Development and management periodically. 10. Provided Customers suitable solutions and timely supported them and maintained a very good relationship with the customers. 11. To take up the modifications of apartments according to the needs of Customers (Modifications within the constraints of the company and without altering the structural members) 12. Coordinating with the project engineers for setting up the targeted date of completion of the desired modification in the customer's apartments. 13. Weekly inspection of the work progress in the sold flats and villas. 14. Coordinating with Housing Financial Institutions. 15. Generating invoices and tracking all payments. 16. Planning and setting up of conferences and events systematically. 17. Strong documentation of each and every up to date regularly. 18. Competition analysis through search engine and build strategies to overcome competition in the market. 19. Preparing action plans to achieve company's goals and objectives with in specified time. 20. Achieve individual monthly sales target as set by management. 21. Regular follow-ups for Leads. 22. Meeting customers, making them site visit, demonstrate about the project and convince them. 23. Price negotiation and closing the deal by taking appropriate permission from the concerned authorized person. 24. Coordinating with the bankers in organizing the home loan for the customer through the preferred bank. 25. Handling the enquiry calls and briefing the customer about the upcoming projects and trying to convert the lead into sale. 26. Handover of the apartment to the customers. 27. Coordinating in organizing the documentation process in execution of sale agreements and sale deeds on behalf of customers from the management and the legal cell.
